Nexus Home Shield may send service-related SMS messages for account verification, quote uploads, emergency intake, Connecticut Alpha handoffs, proof-review updates, buyer invites, and report notifications when a user provides a mobile number and consent.

Message frequency varies by workflow. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. Opting out of SMS does not stop required legal, billing, or security notices that may be sent through another available channel.

Nexus does not sell SMS consent. Service availability depends on carrier support, accurate contact information, and notification-provider availability.
